Custom and Loose Furniture

Initial Conversation
We learn the space type, location, condition, requirements and target date with available plans or photographs.
Survey and Existing Condition
We record dimensions, finishes, services, power and retained elements, noting foreseeable risks.
Scope, Design and Budget Frame
Delivery level, layout, materials, colour, lighting and furniture are developed around budget priorities.
Project and Programme
Drawings, trades, sequence, procurement and production dates are planned, along with required permissions.
Quotation and Agreement
Included work, materials, payment, programme, revisions and variations are defined.
Demolition and Infrastructure
The space is prepared with needed wall, ceiling, electrical and service work.
Finishes
Floors, tiles, paint, wallpaper, ceilings and other finishes are completed, with critical furniture dimensions rechecked.
Furniture Production
Approved custom furniture is produced in our Ankara workshop alongside site preparation.
Installation and Complements
Fixed furniture is installed and any included lighting, loose furniture, curtains and accessories are placed.
Final Review and Handover
We check the space by work item, complete recorded items within scope and share relevant care information.

Do you produce the furniture?
We can manufacture kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bathroom furniture, counters and other custom pieces in our Ankara workshop.
Do you handle permit or building-management requirements?
Requirements vary by project and intervention. Responsibilities are defined early, while structural or permit-controlled work proceeds with the relevant specialists and formal processes.
Can the price change after quotation?
The agreed scope and materials follow the agreement; unforeseen conditions and requested additions are priced in writing.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on area, renovation scope, procurement, furniture and permissions. A programme follows survey and scope work.
Do you undertake turnkey work outside Ankara?
Outside-Ankara work is assessed around scale, location, team and logistics requirements.
