Personal Data We Process

We process the name, email address, phone number, subject, message and any optional image that you provide through our contact and quotation form.

Through the Google Ads tag, technical visit data such as your IP address, browser and device information, the page visited, referrer and advertising click parameters when available may be processed.

This site has no user accounts, payment processing or user profiles.

Purpose and Legal Basis

Your contact data is used to assess your enquiry, prepare a quotation and contact you about it.

For this contact data, the legal basis is Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK, processing directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and Article 5/2-(f), our legitimate interest.

Technical visit data processed through Google Ads is used to analyse advertising campaign performance and site traffic, and to associate advertising clicks with site visits and conversions. Google Tag Manager loads on every page; Google Consent Mode v2 defaults are set to denied before the container loads. With “Necessary only”, advertising and analytics cookies are not read or written; restricted cookieless consent and conversion signals may be sent to Google for advertising measurement and modelling. With “Accept all”, Google Ads may use permitted storage for advertising performance and conversion measurement.

Sharing and International Processing

Technical data processed for Google Ads advertising measurement may be shared with Google as service provider and processed on Google infrastructure outside Turkey. This processing is governed by the applicable Google service settings and privacy terms.

The website also uses technical providers such as hosting and email infrastructure, which can access data only as far as necessary to provide those services.

Data may also be disclosed to legally authorised public authorities, only to the extent required by law.

Retention

Data relating to your enquiry is retained for the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation after the enquiry and any resulting contract have concluded, then deleted or anonymised.

Technical data processed through Google Ads is retained according to the current settings of the Google service and Google’s published retention terms.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction, and to claim compensation if you suffer loss because of unlawful processing.
